Laura Keegan Boudreau

CEO, Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area

Every day, families with critically ill children travel from near and far to receive life-saving treatment at the Bay Area’s world-class children’s hospitals. For 45 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area has been by their side, providing essential services like lodging, meals and psychosocial support. We reduce economic and emotional burdens, allowing families to focus on what matters most: the health of their child.

As CEO, I have the privilege of ensuring that we continue to evolve alongside our hospital partners, navigating the ever-changing healthcare environment and considering the social determinants of health that play such a crucial role in outcomes. Demand for our services has never been higher, and we need to grow with intention and a focus on both impact and long-term sustainability.

I have a solid foundation for the growth ahead: Master’s degrees in public health and social welfare, 20+ years of experience in nonprofit management, and deep expertise in organizational development. But as a lifelong learner, I know this HBS program would add tremendously to my ability to lead RMHC Bay Area into the future, to be there for even more children and families who need our support. Thank you for your consideration!
