Chinese Historical Society of America (CHSA), founded in 1963, studies the history of the Chinese population in America. It serves as a museum and learning center to inspire a greater appreciation for the collective experience of this population and the larger AAPI / POC community. CHSA would like to engage with younger and more diverse audiences, driving membership and earned revenue and use public space, both real-world and online public space to program outside the walls of the museum to get content into the public sphere in new ways How can they create a new and expanded business model that takes into account a broader set of activities?
