The organization provides medically supervised exercise and educational programs dedicated to help reduce the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease, with up to 7000 patients treated to date over its 52 year history.  During the pandemic, Heartfit for Life added many of its programs to an online remote offering in addition to its in person classes in Palo Alto.
